Also known affectionately as "Aunt Cheri" by most people that knew her, Cheri Blackerby was the first artist at The Studio and the impetus for her niece Kristi Patterson to create an open studio for artists with various disabilities. Sadly Cheri has passed on. Her spirit is still with us in the artwork she created over the seven years she attended The Studio. This show presented a retrospective of her art.
