Artist Bio
Jerry creates colorful patterns using markers on paper. His designs resemble stained glass art. He often utilizes heavy black lines which intersect, creating shapes which are then filled in with colors carefully chosen so as to produce harmony and balance. At first glance, Jerry’s art appears to be very similar from piece to piece. However, they each have a unique pattern and different pictures suggest different interpretations.
When asked why he makes artwork, Jerry looks like he has been asked why he breathes. “I like art!” he
says with an expression that implies he cannot imagine living without it.
